My closest Comrade Vladimir Putin,
I extend my heartfelt and warm congratulations to you on your significant birthday.
Thanks to your wise leadership and patriotic devotion, the Russian Federation is now demonstrating its glory as a world power possessed of a powerful political system and a great national strength and as a big power taking the lead in establishing a new, multi-polarized world.
The noticeable successes being achieved in accomplishing the sacred cause of firmly defending the dignity and core interests of the country and building a powerful and prosperous Russia are unthinkable apart from your outstanding leadership ability and strong practical ability.
Respected Comrade Vladimir Putin,
I do not doubt that the relations of alliance between the two countries, which have greeted the great heyday, will be invariably carried forward in the future, too, thanks to the warm friendly relations and close comradely ties between us, and will make a great contribution to powerfully propelling the comprehensive development of bilateral relations and establishing a just and multi-polarized world order.
As I affirmed when I met you in Beijing last September, we will fully support the just struggle of the Russian people for defending the national sovereignty, territorial integrity and security interests and remain faithful to the implementation of the inter-state treaty between the DPRK and Russia, regarding it as a fraternal duty in the future, too.
Pyongyang and Moscow will always stand together and our friendship will be immortal.
I extend my warm congratulations to you once again. -0-
