Shanghai Art Troupe of China Here

Pyongyang, October 8 (KCNA) -- The Shanghai Art Troupe of China arrived here on Tuesday to visit the DPRK at the invitation of the Ministry of Culture of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea on the occasion of the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.
Officials of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People's Republic of China, the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and other persons are accompanying the art troupe.
Pak Kyong Chol, vice-minister of Culture of the DPRK, officials concerned, Feng Chuntai, minister of the Chinese embassy here, and members of his embassy greeted the art troupe at Pyongyang International Airport.
The DPRK Ministry of Culture hosted a reception at Yanggakdo International Hotel on Tuesday evening in welcome of the art missions of China. -0-
