Bahrain welcomes US efforts to end Russian-Ukrainian conflict

Manama, Nov. 23 (BNA): The Kingdom of Bahrain welcomed the efforts undertaken by the United States of America, led by His Excellency President Donald Trump, to bring an end to the ongoing Russian-Ukrainian conflict. 

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that these efforts are grounded in diplomatic, security, and humanitarian principles and are aimed at promoting peace and stability, fostering mutual understanding and coexistence, supporting economic cooperation, and preventing the proliferation of nuclear weapons.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs described this initiative as a significant diplomatic step toward achieving a lasting ceasefire and reinforcing stability on the European continent. 

The Kingdom of Bahrain reiterates its support for regional and international efforts to resolve conflicts through dialogue and negotiation, mitigate humanitarian consequences, and advance security and a just and sustainable peace, in full conformity with international law and the Charter of the United Nations.
