Mawhiba Wins Arab Gov't Excellence Award as Best Initiative to Develop Education

   Cairo, December 04, 2025, SPA -- The King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba) won the Arab Government Excellence Award 2025 for the best Arab initiative for education development category.
   Mawhiba marked the milestone during the fourth round of the award, organized by the Arab Administrative Development Organization at the Arab League in cooperation with the Emirati government.
   Vice Secretary General for Shared Services Tarik Ismail represented Mawhiba at the award ceremony.
   Mawhiba Secretary General Abdulaziz Alkaridis said the achievement reflects the Kingdom’s leadership vision in empowering talented individuals. He added that the milestone underscores Saudi Arabia’s scientific leadership and national efforts to build an advanced educational ecosystem that identifies, nurtures, and empowers talent in alignment with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
   Alkaridis described the award as “a motivation to continue innovation and expansion of the foundation’s initiatives locally, regionally, and internationally.”
   The Arab Government Excellence Award is one of the region’s most prominent awards in public administration. It seeks to foster transformative Arab progress driven by global best practices in government performance, highlight successful initiatives, and recognize Arab talent by strengthening leadership thinking and advancing operations through modern technologies to achieve future government objectives.
