16 LECTURERS OBTAIN SCHOLARSHIP FOR TRAINING IN NETHERLANDS



Bogor, W Java, Jan 14 (ANTARA) - A total of 16 Indonesian lecturers have obtained scholarships to take part in public health integrated surveillance system development training at the Royal Tropical Institute, Amsterdam, a spokesman said.

The 16 lecturers who came from seven universities besides three ranking officials of the Health Ministry and regional health offices would join the training program funded by the Dutch StuNed institution, University of Indonesia (UI)'s spokesman, Vishnu Juwono said here on Thursday.
The StuNed scholarship presentation to the lecturers will take place at the UI president's building on Friday, Vishnu said, adding that the lecturers included nine women.

The lecturers came from Mulawarman University, Udayana University, Mataram University, Hasanuddin University, and Cenderawasih university.
