PRESIDENT SATISFIED WITH FIRST 100-DAYS PROGRAM
Jakarta, Jan 14 (ANTARA) - President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono is satisfied with the performance of the Second United Indonesia Cabinet in carrying out the government's first 100 days program, an official said.
"The President is satisfied with the performance and wants the existing work mechanism continued after the first 100 days," head of the presidential work unit for development monitoring and control (UKP4) Kuntoro Mangkusubroto said after a plenary cabinet meeting at the presidential office here on Thursday.
Until the 75th day of the government's first 100 days program 19 of 129 action plans had been carried out while the implementation of 2 other action plans was considered disappointing, he said.
But he stopped short of elaborating on the 19 action plans.
"The 19 action plans vary," he said.
One of the two action plans was the industrial revitalization program carried out by the Industry Ministry.
"One of the two action plans is the revitalization of industries. And I forget the other," he said.
The fact that the industrial revitalization program had not been carried out was a matter of time, he said.
"Overall, the achievement is promising because all have synchronized with what we have achieved," he said.***
