PM discusses with UK diplomat arrangements for London conference
SANA'A, Jan. 18 (Saba) - Prime Minister Ali Mujawar discussed here on Monday with British ambassador to Yemen Tim Torlot ongoing arrangements to hold London conference for supporting efforts of Yemen in development and combating terrorism.
Mujawar appreciated initiative of Britain to hold such conference, which comes
within a good relationship between Yemen and United Kingdom, valuing concern of the
Britain
with supporting Yemen to face its economic and security problems.
He wished that the conference would come with positive results to enhance the
current partnership between Yemen and international community to combat terrorism.
For his part, the UK diplomat affirmed concern of the British government to support
the Yemeni government to overcome all its problems, saying that the conference is
very
important to gather international support for Yemen.
He said that the conference would be a chance for Yemen to demonstrate its problems
to the international community.
