CABINET DISCUSSES DRAFT OF PROTECTING TRADITIONAL PRODUCTS

SANA'A, Jan.19 (Saba)-In its weekly meeting, the Cabinet discussed
on Tuesday a draft over protection of the traditional products
presented by a minister of tourism.

The cabinet asked a joint committee of tourism ministry and industry
ministry to review the draft to raise comments of the committee to
the coming meeting of the cabinet.

On the other hand, the cabinet referred a memo presented by the
Minister of Industry and Trade over establishment of a council for
managing the strategy storage of wheat to the food council to study
the memo in order to enable the cabinet to take right decision
advise the cabinet what they could.

According to the minister, the council would work to improve process
of storing this key material by adopting an annual plan to know
required quantity of the country form this material.
