SPORTS HOCKEY PAKISTANI MINISTER FELICITATES TEAM
Islamabad, June 17 (PPI) - Pkaistan's Sports Minister Najimuddin Khan Monday felicitated national hockey team on winning four-nation tournament in Dublian, Ireland.
Pakistan had a very unique record in hockey by winning all major titles in the past.
The government is committed to provide every possible facility to Pakistan Hockey Federation to revive golden era of game, he said.
Najimuddin hoped hockey team will continue its successes in future and expressed confidence Federation will prepare strong squad for participation in Beijing Olympics 2008 in August by trying different combinations and experiments.
