Arab Information Ministers Conclude Extraordinary Meeting

Cairo, January 24, 2010, SPA -- The Council of Arab Information Ministers
concluded here today its extraordinary meeting.

The Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohieddin Khoja
headed the delegation of Saudi Arabia to the meeting .
The Arab ministers decided to convene a special session of Arab Information
Permanent Committee with the participation of legal experts and journalists
from Arab countries to discuss reports on a draft resolution on establishing
Arab Information Commission.
The Council stressed continuing efforts of Arab countries to combat extremism,
violence, sectarianism and terrorism.
