GCC'S AL-ATTIYAH AFFIRMS SUPPORT FOR YEMEN GENERAL STABILITY

SANA'A, Jan. 26 (Saba) - Secretariat General of the Gulf Cooperation
Council (GCC) Abdulrahman al-Attiyah has affirmed participation of
the Gulf states in the London Conference on Yemen which would take
place next Wednesday.

The participation comes to show the Gulf supportive stand beside
Yemen for the economic, political and security stability which is
the Gulf countries stability, al-Attiyah said.

In a statement to al-Watan Daily, he pointed out rejection of any
foreign intervention in the interior affairs of Yemen.

He also said that the participants in the conference should help
Yemen through supporting development programs and making a
comprehensive plan to deal with the economic stress in Yemen.
