SALEH CONDOLENCES OVER LEBANON PLANE CRASH

SANA'A, Jan. 26 (Saba) - President Ali Abdullah Saleh has sent
condolence letters to Ethiopian President Girma Woldegiorgis and
Lebanese President Michel Sleiman on the victims of the crash of an
Ethiopian flight off Lebanese coast.

President Saleh expressed his personal and the Yemeni people's
sympathy over the tragic incident saying: our hearts go out to the
families and both states over the people killed in the crash.

About 90 passengers were aboard the Addis Ababa-bound flight that
originated in Beirut and crashed shortly after takeoff.

More than 20 bodies have been recovered so far and the reasons
behind the crash remained unclear.
