MSF SAYS SORRY TO YEMEN ON INACCURATE REPORT ON SAADA
SANA'A, Jan.27 (Saba) - Interior Minister Mutahar al-Masri received
on Wednesday a written apology from Doctors without Borders
Organization (MSF) on the inaccurate information on the medical and
humanitarian conditions in Saada province included in its annual
report for 2009.
This came during al-Masri meeting with the organization's delegation

addition to its report did not address the attacks and damages that
the health facilities have suffered at the hands of the rebels.
The MSF affirmed that it is not liable for the manner the media
dealt with what stated in its report and in particular Al-Jazeera TV
channel , which has shot down all the issues contained in the report
on Yemen, while those cases involving more than 19 countries.
The organization renewed its regret for the unfair report, stating
that it has good relations with the Yemeni government, and was able
to access to different areas in the province of Saada to provide
medical services and humanitarian assistance because of the
government cooperation and support.
The MSF's delegation expressed its hope to turn this page and this
report does not affect the current cooperation between the two sides
in field of providing medical and humanitarian services to those
affected and displaced people.
During the meeting, projects manager of the MSF voiced his
gratitude for the Yemeni government cooperation with the
organization during its work in Yemen, hoping that the organization
