Prince Misha`al bin Abdulaziz Receives Dr. Faten Khurshid

Riyadh, January 30, 2010, SPA -- Prince Misha'al bin Abdulaziz, the Chairman of
Allegiance-Pledge Commission received at his palace here today Dr. Faten
Abdulrahman Khurshid, the holder of PhD in tissue engineering, Associate
Professor at Biology Department, Head of Unit of Cells and Tissues
Implantation, and Supervisor of Zamil Scientific Chair for Cancer Research at
King Fahd Medical Research Center at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah.
The Prince honored Dr. Faten for her researches and studies of treatment from
camel's yoghurt and urine and the extraction of medical formulas from them.
Prince Misha'al expressed his great admiration of this new scientific
breakthrough of her findings based on the guidance of Prophet Mohammad,
stressing his support for Dr. Faten's researches in all aspects.
It is worth mentioning that Dr. Faten has won several patents registered at the
Office of Gulf, American, European and Chinese Patents. She has also won a gold
medal and the first position in the Kingdom at Invention Fair 2008 and a gold
medal, the fourth position , and Asia Cup for Inventions among the best six out
of 600 inventions at ETX Expo 2009 in Malaysia.
