Dr. Khoja Opens SPA Training Center 3 Riyadh

On his part, Dr Khoja expressed happiness over opening SPA's Information
Training Center and said it will extend excellent services to the cadres of the
national news agency (SPA) and the parties which are concerned with the
development of the skills of their employees through practical and theoretical
training in line with the most sophisticated technology in the fields of
editing news and transmitting them in addition to photographs in an efficient
manner with an advanced technology.

He noted that the Ministry of Culture and Information is keen on training all
personnel in all sectors of the Ministry.

Taking into account the significant progress being witnessed by the Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia, the media and cultural organs should set up comprehensive
development programs, he said, urging the Saudi media to play its role at the
Arab and international arenas.
