Orion in talks to sell local Bennigan's chain

SEOUL, Feb. 2 (Yonhap) -- Orion Corp., a South Korean snack maker, said Tuesday
it has been in talks with two firms to sell the local restaurant chain Bennigan's
run by its unit.
"We are in negotiations with two companies, but no decision has been made yet,"
said an official at Orion. A decision could be made within the next two months,
the official said.
One of the negotiating partners is Barunson Co., a local manufacturer of
stationery supplies, according to the company.
