Governor of Makkah to patronize 10th Session of Jeddah Economic Forum

Riyadh, February 02, 2010, SPA -- Under the patronage of Prince Khalid
Al-Faisal, the Governor of Makkah region, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry
will organize the 10th session of Jeddah Economic Forum from February 13 to 16.


The Forum's participants will review the required strategies for realization of
economic development.


A number of prominent decision-makers, experts, businessmen and businesswomen
as well as academicians will review issues pertaining to the world economy
within the next ten years in major sectors like banking, business, energy,
environment, trade, agriculture, industry, education, health, sciences and
technology.


They will also discuss the required strategies for attaining economic
development as well as the growth of the major sectors.


The Forum will include several sessions including a session on means of
managing world economy following the world economic crisis; the role of the
banking and financial sector as well as issues pertaining to energy,
environment, policies of trade protection, food security, the health sector,
sciences,, technology and education.
