Mando applies for stock listing on KRX

SEOUL, Feb. 3 (Yonhap) -- Mando Corp., a South Korean auto-parts maker, applied
to have its shares listed on the Seoul main bourse, the bourse operator said
Wednesday.

The company's initial public offering will be determined at a later time, with
Woori Investment & Securities Co. and JP Morgan arranging the deal, the Korea
Exchange said.
The auto-parts manufacturer recorded 41.2 billion won (US$25.9 million) in annual
net profit with sales of 1.6 trillion won as of 2008, according to the bourse
operator.
