YEMEN, FRANCE DISCUSS MILITARY TELECOM. SYSTEM 2ND PHASE

SANA'A, Feb. 03 (Saba) - Yemen and France discussed here on
Wednesday the completion of the second phase of the military
telecommunication system.

Minister of Defense Mohammed Nasser Ahmed held talks with the French
ambassador to Yemen Joseph Silva along with the representatives of
the Thales French Telecommunications Company on the procedures to
complete the military telecommunication system in coordination with
the Military Telecommunication Department.

The meeting discussed the military cooperation relations and the
Yemeni-French partnership relationship in the military area.

Defense Minister hailed the distinctive relations between the two
countries and the constructive efforts of the French company as well.
