Turkey's Trade Minister Commends Saudi-Turkish Relations

Jeddah, February 07, 2010, SPA -- Turkey's Minister of Industry and Trade Nihat
Orkon stressed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has been one of the most
friendly countries to Turkey in business throughout the world as it is
characterized by wide regional and international relations.

During his visit to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Jeddah today, the
Turkish Minister said that his country has had all respect and appreciation for
the Kingdom.
He briefed on investment opportunities for Saudi investors in Turkey, calling
on Saudi businessmen to visit Turkey to be closely informed of investment
opportunities and projects.
The Turkish Minister emphasized the importance of exchanging the visits in
enhancing trade relations between the two countries.
For his part, the Secretary General of Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry
Mustafa Ahmed Kamal Sabri pointed out that the visit comes within the framework
of joint cooperation in economic and investment relations between Saudi Arabia
and Turkey.
