Ministry of Culture and Information Awards 2nd License for Radio Broadcast FM

Riyadh, February 13, 2010, SPA -- The Acting Minister of Culture and
Information, Dr. Yosef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen patronized here today the
ceremony of opening bids competition for awarding the second license provided
for the private sector on radio broadcast FM waves in the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia.

The license was awarded to Extreme Creativity Trade Holdings Limited Company at
an amount of SR 66 million.

Dr. Al-Othaimeen commended the Ministry of Culture and Information for giving
the private sector opportunities to compete for the license of radio stations
on FM waves.
