Prince Khalid Al-Faisal Opens and Addresses Jeddah Economic Forum 3

In an address on the occasion, Minister of Commerce and Industry Abdullah Zain
Alireza underlined the significance of the Forum and lauded its role in
tackling important problems.


He added that the convening of the Forum stands as a witness for the importance
of the Kingdom.


On his part, Chairman of Gulf Research Center Dr. Abdulaziz bin Othman bin Saqr
delivered a speech in which he said that the number of speakers at the Forum
are nearly 37, including local and international officials, CEOs and
economists.

He said projections show a surplus in Forum's revenues and that this surplus
amounted to SR 1.5 million. He also lauded the great support extended by Prince
Khalid Al-Faisal to the Forum.


The opening ceremony of the Forum was attended by a number of Princes,
Officials and Businessmen.
