Militants kill 11 in Pakistan's tribal region
Islamabad, June 24 PPI: Eleven kidnapped tribesmen were killed by militants in northwestern Pakistan's tribal region on Monday, local TV reported.
The militants killed eleven tribesmen of Turi tribe after torturing them in Kurram
tribal agency, Geo TV channel said.
The tribesmen were abducted four days ago, and tortured bodies were found in the
tribal region on Monday. Tori tribe vowed to stage protest against killing.
Kurram Agency, one of seven self-governed tribal agencies in restive northwestern
Pakistan, has seen frequent tribal and sectarian clashes in past months.
