Berlin competition honors Iranian cartoonist
TEHRAN, Apr. 6 (MNA) -- Iranian cartoonist Mohammad Saleh Razm-Hosseini won award at the 1st International Cartoon Competition in Berlin.
A total of 180 cartoonists from 55 countries competed during the event, which was on the theme of plagiarism.
