EUROPEAN WRESTLING CHAMPIONSHIP KICKS OFF IN BAKU
Baku, 13 April (AzerTAc). European Wrestling Championship has today started in Heydar Aliyev Sports and Concert Complex in Baku.
The event will bring together about 383 athletes from 36 countries.
Azeri freestyle wrestlers Mahmud Magomedov weighing in at 55 kg, Jabrail Hasanov at 66 kg, Sharif Sharifov at 84 kg and Ali Isayev at 120 kg will test their strength at the first day of competition.
