Iran wins Azerbaijan Cycling Tour
TABRIZ, May 9 (MNA) -- Tabriz Petrochemical claimed the champion title of the 25th edition of the Azerbaijan International Cycling Tour on Saturday.
Tabriz Petrochemical’s Ghader Mizbani won the yellow jersey of the six-stage tour with a time of four hours and 29 minutes. A Turkish rider and Iranian Mehdi Sohrabi finished second and third respectively.
Azerbaijan Cycling Tour is the most elite men’s professional road bicycle racing international event held annually in Iran and is held as part of the UCI Asia Tour.
