Air strike injures 11 in Pakistan's tribal region
Islamabad, July 11 PPI: Eleven people including nine security men were injured during one United States air strike in northwestern Pakistan's tribal region, local TV reported on Friday.
U.S. jets carried out an air strike in Angoor Ada area near Wana, a main town of South Waziristan tribal agency, private Geo TV channel said.
The strike left nine security men and two civilians injured, and destroyed two vehicles, it said. There is no official confirmation or response from the U.S. side about the incident.
