Afghanistan's Karzai to visit Japan from June 16+

TOKYO, May 21 Kyodo -
Afghan President Hamid Karzai will visit Japan for five days from June 16,
Japanese Foreign Minister Katsuya Okada said Friday.
Karzai is expected to hold talks with Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama and other
officials during his visit to exchange opinions over assistance aimed at
rebuilding Afghanistan.
Okada made the announcement during a news conference.
