Iran’s Mehr, Georgia’s PirWeli ink cooperation deal
TBILISI, May 22 (MNA) – The Iranian Mehr News Agency (MNA) and the Georgian PirWeli News Information Agency signed an agreement on Wednesday for exchanging news.
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast, Tehran’s ambassador to Tbilisi, Majid Saber, and several members of Georgian media were present at the signing ceremony in Tbilisi, Georgia.
The MNA has so far inked cooperation contracts with Turkey’s Cihan, Azerbaijan’s Trend, South Korea’s Yonhap, Syria’s Sana, China’s Xinhua, Malaysia’s Bernama, Indonesia’s Antara, Mongolia’s Montsame, Pakistan’s APP, and Afghanistan’s Voice Agency AVA.
