Sino-Iranian joint oil investment confab held
TEHRAN, May 26 (MNA) – A conference on commerce and investment in the oil and petrochemical industry in Iran and China was held in Ningbo, China, on Tuesday.
Ramazan Owladi, the director of Planning and Development of the National Petrochemical Company and Seyyed Hamid Hosseini, the head of the Union of Exporters of Oil Gas and Petrochemicals of Iran attended the one-day event.
A delegation comprised of 60 government officials and senior managers of the energy's private sector also attended the conference.
Eminent Chinese figures in the oil and petrochemical industry from several companies such as Sinopec, Sinoc, and Petrochina were also present at the gathering.
Ways of strengthening Iran-China cooperation in the fields of oil and petrochemical industry were discussed at the meeting.
