Iran overpowered by Australia in FINA World League

TEHRAN, May 30 (MNA) -- Iran was beaten by Australia Saturday in the second leg of the Asia-Oceania zone FINA World League water polo competitions.

Iran, which had been already defeated by Kazakhstan and Japan, lost to Australia 23-3 in Tianjin, China.

The Iranian team is scheduled to play New Zealand today.
