Indonesian readers enjoys Iranian bestseller
TEHRAN, May 31 (MNA) -- The best-selling Iranian novel “Kiss the Lovely Face of God” by Mostafa Mastur has recently been published in Indonesia.
Released by the Yufuk Press, the book was translated into Indonesian by Yunes Kepada Sayeh.
The book was previously translated into Turkish by Ertugrul Ertekin and the Arabic version was prepared by the National Translation Center in Egypt.
Mastur’s works are also being translated into Italian by Persian language professor Bianca Maria Filippini.
Armenian festival to host Iranian puppet show
TEHRAN -- The Iranian puppet show “The Earth and the Wheel” will be competing at the HIGH FEST International Performing Arts Festival in Armenia.
Zahra Sabri will direct the puppetry in the festival, which will be held in Yerevan from October 1 to 8.
German Symphony Orchestra to perform Iranian music
TEHRAN -- The German Symphony Orchestra will be performing several Iranian compositions during a concert on September 7.
The Iranian musical selections were composed by Keyvan Saket and Ali-Naqi Vaziri. Pieces by classical composers including Mozart and Brahms are also scheduled to be performed during the concert.
