Qatari PM to visit Iran

TEHRAN, June 2 (MNA) – Qatari Prime Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassem bin Jabor Al Thani has planned to visit Tehran to confer with Iranian officials to find a way to break the siege of the Gaza Strip.

During a telephone conversation with Iran’s Supreme National Security Council Secretary Saeed Jalili, the Qatari prime minister announced that he has decided to visit Tehran within the next few days to discuss with Iranian officials some practical steps on the part of the Islamic states to end the siege of Gaza.

Saeed Jalili said that the Zionist regime’s brutal attack on Freedom Flotilla revealed the nature of Zionists and proved their desperation.

The Zionist regime should pay the price for his criminal action and the minimum price is ending the siege of Gaza.

The Qatari prime minister said actions by the Islamic nations should go beyond mere statements and they should take practical steps in this regard.
