Iranian protestors call for trial of Zionist criminals
TEHRAN, June 5 (MNA) – In reaction to the deadly attack on the Gaza-bound aid ships by Israeli commandos the Iranians held rallies across the country on Friday calling for the trial of Zionist leaders.
Demonstrators in Tehran insisted that the Organization of the Islamic Conference and the Arab League should not be content with something less than the trial of Zionist officials.
The rallies followed ceremonies marking the 21st anniversary of Imam Khomeini’s demise.
Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei said on Friday that the Israeli raid on the human rights activists in international waters in the Mediterranean Sea “showed how barbaric the Zionists are."
