Provoking antagonism in society unacceptable: Iran's Parliament speaker
TEHRAN, June 12 (MNA) – Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani said on Thursday that arousing hostility in society is a “wrong deed”.
Referring to the situation in the country created after the last year’s presidential election, Larijani said certain persons have counter-revolutionary intentions but some others cannot analyze issues and are perplexed.
“The person who fights Velayat-e-Faqih (Rule of supreme jurisprudence) and the Constitution is an enemy but there are some people who face difficulties in comprehending matters.
“Therefore, we should not behave harshly to an individual who has problems understanding (issues), but of course he or she should be helped and that there are tactics to help,” he noted.
Larijani concluded that provoking antagonism in society is not a proper act.
