Center of transport service is opened
Astana, 19 July, (Khabar) - New Center of transport service of
"KazTransServis" was presented in Astana. One of leading branches of railway company "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" launches new scheme of service rendering to clients according to the principle of "one window" - came, registered and received or sent the container with freight. Now all the documents can be prepared in one place during one day. Now scheme of "one window" will work in sphere of freight transportation.
Kulmakhan Tapalov, director of branch "Severny" of "KazTransServis" JSC:
- Center of transport service was opened to render services in one place. Today policy of "one window" is very useful, as earlier all these organizations were in different places. And people needed 5-7 days and today these services are rendered during 1-2 days.
"KazTransServis" company is sure they managed to raise their service to new level. From now on one manager will work with clients in one place, he will help to fill the papers correctly and suggest additional services - insurance of freight or guarding of container. All the procedure will take little time and clients will pay less.
Edil Iskakov, president of "KazTransServis" JSC:
- We elaborated the program of development and introducing of such centers in all regional centers, this program will be realized during 3 years. These centers will correspond to all international standards.
Market of container transportations is rapidly developing in CIS. Volumes rose 1,5 times last year in Kazakhstan. Te country is going to extend international transit and develop new routes, and "KazTransServis" JSC should create conditions for effective processing of freight and form modern infrastructure.
Today "KazTransServis" actively developing international contacts, this will allow to speed up freight exchange and modernize sphere of container transportations. In future the company will become the national container transporter and it is going to raise its level of work and grade of responsibility.
