Beijing Art Biennale to display Iranian sculptor's work
TEHRAN, July 3 (MNA) -- “Running on Clouds”, an abstract work by Iranian sculptor Negar Mobarakzadeh, will be showcased at the 4th Beijing International Art Biennale.
“It is a multimedia work,” Mobarakzadeh told the Persian service of ISNA on Friday.
“A sculpture of a winged man is placed against a background illustration showing a picture of the sky with small clouds and a shining sun,” she explained.
Environmental Concern and Human Existence is the theme of the biennale, which will be held at the National Art Museum of China from September 20 to October 10.
