Iranian FM to visit European countries
TEHRAN, July 4 (MNA) – Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki says he will start a new round of trips to the European countries with the primary aim of clarifying Iran’s position, clearing up possible ambiguities, and exchanging views with European officials.
It seems that these negotiations will largely neutralize the seditions that certain groups intend to create in Iran-Europe relations, said Mottaki on Saturday.
Iran has held such talks with Europe over the past five years, he said, adding an exchange of views with other countries has been always on Iran’s agenda.
Mottaki said that the European Parliament invited him to Brussels in early June to hold a session on Iran-Europe relations.
