Iran releases another game based on Shahnameh
TEHRAN, July 21 (MNA) -- One more computer game based on Ferdowsi’s masterpiece, the Shahnameh, came out Tuesday in Iran.
The game, entitled “Invincibility”, is a sequel to “The Age of Heroes”, which was released in Iran in 2008, the National Foundation for Computer Games (NFCG) announced in a press release.
The production of the 15-rated game, which was financed by the NFCG, was carried out at the Resaneh Afzar-e Sharif Studio.
“The Age of Heroes” was about Atar, who is the son of Pishdad, Sistan’s wise and honorable commander. Zabol, the capital of Sistan, has been captured by demons and Atar is invited by other Iranian heroes to fight against the demons.
In “Invincibility”, the story continues as Atar and Viraja, one of the demons, are struggling to find out how to become invincible.
