Bureaucracy hinders progress: Leader
TEHRAN, July 24 (MNA) - Great achievements cannot be obtained in a bureaucratic and forceful atmosphere, Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei has said.
Collective motivation is the driving force behind great achievements, the Leader said on Friday in an address to members of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps.
He also underscored the importance of innovation, entrepreneurship, and quality of work, saying that the easiest way to do a task is not necessarily the best way.
Ayatollah Khamenei added that faith and conscience are factors that motivate people.
