Iran gains gasoline catalyst know-how
TEHRAN, July 31 (MNA) – Iranian scientists and specialists have acquired the knowledge of producing catalysts required for gasoline refineries.
ILNA news agency reported that this achievement is a giant step among measures neutralizing various sanctions imposed on the Islamic Republic by international bodies and countries.
Mass production will save the country from importing 275 tons of catalyst a year.
Other reforming catalysts now produced in the country are used in refineries for producing hydrogen, methanol, urea, ammoniac, chemical fertilizers, and various resins.
