Junior handball qualifies for World Championship
TEHRAN, Aug. 2 (MNA) -- Iran qualified for the Men’s Junior World Handball Championship on Sunday.
In the third-place match in Tehran’s Handball Federation Gym Iran beat the UAE 37–34 and advanced to the World Championship.
The already qualified South Korea and Qatar will play in the final game.
A total of eight teams were divided in two groups in the tourney.
The Men’s Junior World Handball Championship will be held in Greece in 2011.
