Female Iranian Quran memorizer wins top prize at Jordanian contest
TEHRAN, Aug. 4 (MNA) -- Iranian Quran memorizer Fatemeh Abdoli won the top prize at an international contest for memorization of the Holy Quran in Jordan.
She won first prize at the 20 Parts Memorization of Quran Category at the four-day contest which opened on July 22.
Representatives from Kuwait and Jordan respectively received the second and third place awards in the same category. Women from 30 countries competed in the event.
