Iranian cartoonist wins award at South Korean competition
TEHRAN, Aug. 4 (MNA) -- The award-winning Iranian cartoonist Mohammad-Ali Khalaji won the first prize at the Cartoon and Illustration finals of the second ICC Comic Award in South Korea.
The event was held on the theme of ‘the Rapprochement of Cultures’. The International Comic Artist Conference (ICC) is headquartered in Korea, with its annual conferences alternating between Korea, Japan, china, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
