Iran to participate in Adidas basketball tourney
TEHRAN, Aug. 4 (MNA) -- Iran will take part in the four-a-side Adidas Basketball Tournament which will be held in Istanbul from August 6 to 8.
The Persians are scheduled to play host Turkey on Friday. Veselin Matic’s team will then play Serbia and New Zealand on the following days, respectively.
Iran is preparing itself for the 2010 FIBA World Championship which will be hosted by Turkey from August 28 to September 12.
