Just 1000 state employees left Tehran, reports say

TEHRAN, Aug. 23 (MNA) – Despite the fact that the administration had announced that by August 22 all executive administrative offices have to relocate at least 40 percent of their personnel outside Tehran, until this date only 1000 employees have left the capital, reports say.

According to the directive ratified by the cabinet 200,000 employees should have left Tehran by now.

The administration has banned establishing any new organizations or posts in the metropolis of Tehran.
