Iran to participate in Canoe Polo World Championships
TEHRAN, Aug. 24 (MNA) -- Iran’s men’s and women’s teams will take part in the 2010 ICF Canoe Polo World Championships which will take place in Milan, Italy from September 1 to 5.
The event will bring together 16 women’s teams in which Iran’s team has been drawn along with England, Denmark, Italy, and Singapore.
Iran’s men’s team will be competing against Denmark, Germany and Poland in the group stage. A total of 18 men’s teams will participate in the Canoe Polo World Championships.
