Over 4400 industrial, transportation projects to come on stream in Iran
TEHRAN, Aug. 29 (MNA) – Over 4400 industrial and transportation projects will come on stream on the occasion of the Government Week (August 24-30).
“Some 4099 transportation projects have been implemented at the cost of over $2.8 billion,” Iran Roads and Transportation Minister Hamid Behbahani said.
According to Behbahani, 3963 rail and 41 airport projects are completed and will come on stream in coming days.
Some 400 industrial and mineral projects have also been implemented at the cost of $2.6 billion.
These projects will create 18,661 direct jobs in 30 provinces.
