Larijani meets Armenian counterpart in Yerevan
Yerevan, Oct. 9 (MNA) -- Iranian Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani held a private meeting with his Armenian counterpart in Yerevan, Armenia on Friday.
Larijani left Tehran on Friday for a 4-5 day visit to Armenia and Kazakhstan. He is scheduled to hold talks with senior officials of these two countries on the latest regional developments as well as issues of mutual interest.
Larijani will head for Kazakhstan early on Sunday.
A number of officials including Hassan Qashqavi, the deputy foreign minister for consular affairs, are accompanying Larijani in this visit.
