Warm welcome anticipated on Leader’s Qom visit: grand ayatollah

QOM/TEHRAN, Oct. 18 (MNA) -- Grand Ayatollah Naser Makarem Shirazi anticipated that people would warmly welcome Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei upon his arrival in Qom province.
The Supreme Leader is scheduled to visit Qom on Tuesday, concurrent with the auspicious birth anniversary of Imam Reza (AS).

“The Leader’s visit would be a source of blessing for the province,” Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi told a gathering of seminary students in Qom on Sunday.

Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani also told reporters on Sunday that the Leader's visit has global aspects and can create a new move in the seminaries and described the visit as a great blessing for Iranians as well as the Muslim world.
